# 2.13. BCB Normative Instruction No. 756/2026

Amends BCB Normative Instruction No. 693/2025.

The [Normative Instruction](https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/exibenormativo?tipo=Instrução%20Normativa%20BCB\&numero=756), of July 2, 2026, <mark style="background-color:purple;">amends BCB Normative Instruction No. 693/2025</mark>. It rewords art. 2: information on the provision of virtual asset services in the foreign exchange market will now be submitted starting from the <mark style="background-color:purple;">November 2026 reference date</mark> (previously, May 2026).

According to the Central Bank's explanatory note, the change follows BCB Resolution No. 574/2026, which amended BCB Resolution No. 277/2022 so that this information is now to be sent for transactions carried out as of November 3, 2026.
