# 2.11. BCB Normative Instruction No. 736/2026

Amends BCB Normative Instruction No. 693/2025.

The [Normative Instruction](https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/exibenormativo?tipo=Instrução%20Normativa%20BCB\&numero=736), of May 19, 2026, <mark style="background-color:purple;">amends BCB Normative Instruction No. 693/2025</mark>. It rewords Articles 1, I, and 4, I and II, which now address "international payment or transfer with virtual assets" and "loading or unloading virtual assets onto a card or other electronic payment method for international use".
