# 2.10. BCB Normative Instruction No. 713/2026

Establishes the procedures for submitting the information referred to in art. 88, III, "b" to "e", of BCB Resolution No. 520/2025.

The [Normative Instruction](https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/exibenormativo?tipo=Instrução%20Normativa%20BCB\&numero=713), of February 27, 2026 (Official Gazette of 03/03/2026), establishes the procedures for submitting to the Central Bank the information referred to in art. 88, III, items "b" to "e", of the [BCB Resolution No. 520/2025](/en/regulation/2.-central-bank/2.5.-bcb-resolution-no.-520-2025.md), applicable to SPSAVs that were already in operation when that Resolution came into force.

## Obligations:

The information is submitted through the following documents (art. 2):

* <mark style="background-color:purple;">5710</mark>: proof of reserves and staking operations, calculated monthly on the last day of each month and sent within 5 business days after the reference date (art. 3); and
* <mark style="background-color:purple;">5711</mark>: provision of virtual asset custody services, with daily submission, within 3 business days after the reference date.
